Chris is a Modern Apprentice at Jaguar Cars.

"I joined Jaguar’s Advanced Modern Apprenticeship programme at 16 and haven’t looked back since. I’ve been nominated for regional ‘Apprentice of the Year’, gained NVQ Level 2 in Manufacturing Processes and a National Certificate in Engineering. Now I’m working toward NVQ Level 3 and a HNC in Engineering. I can then go on to do a degree. Choosing this route has given me really excellent training and qualifications. What’s more I got well paid at the same time!"
